The technicians were courteous, cleaned up nicely after the job, the install looks great, and they took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know. These guys have always provided excellent service. Yesterday our well pump stopped at 5 PM. I called Freeman and they were at our house at 5:30. They changed out our well pump, and upgraded our well pipe and controls. Working well into the evening politely and with good humor.

I’m not sure where to begin. I’ve been traveling in light of COVID and return to invoice charges and a very rude voicemail. This company left my wife at home with a leaking meter and refused to find the source of the problem because it was “raining”. Instead, it was left to leak for 2 days until I personally had to dig around the meter to find the leak. Because it was the first coupling on the proximal side of the meter we were told it would be covered by the water service. Instead I get billed 330 for a 10 minute job and 0.50 part after I personally completed all of the manual labor required.

Freeman has been our go-to well and pump servicer for years. They've always gotten to us promptly, they're reliable, knowledgeable and priced fairly. Most recently, a tree fell on the bladder/water tank cover breaking it. It isn't a standard size cover. Freeman went above and beyond to locate one and replace it for us. Thank you Freeman!
